Return Policy

Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase unopened, in its original packaging, with your original receipt/email confirmation within 14 days of your purchase date.

Exceptions:

• Items that have been opened might not be available for return.
• Items that have been altered by the consumer are not available for return.
• Items damaged due to customer’s actions are not available for return.
• Custom/Special orders are not available for return.
• Deposits on custom/special orders are non refundable.
• Bagpipes and Smallpipes can be returned for in store credit.
• Deposits and other payments made to reserve Kilt Rentals and Kilt Rentals Packages are non refundable.
• A 15% restocking fee will be changed on returned Bagpipes and Smallpipes.
